This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for participation in Altoona Front Court.
By continuing with the registration process you have read, acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. In addition to the annual fee, we as parents are expected to do our part in working approximately 2 to 3 hours, PER parent, for each hosted tournament. Failure to work an assigned shift may result in financial charges of $25.00 per hour. We understand that volunteer hours help keep fees to a minimum.
We will be collecting a separate $150 concessions check that is to be made out to: Altoona FrontCourt. This will be returned upon completion of your required concessions. If there ends up not being enough time spots at FrontCourt tournaments you will have the option to sign up for concessions to help out the Altoona Booster Club.
2. In the event you can not work your assigned shifts, you are responsible to make sure they are covered. By completing registration you give Altoona FrontCourt permission to deposit your Concessions check if shifts are not worked.
3. I accept all responsibility arising with my daughter participating in activities related to the Altoona Front Court Club.
4. As a parent I agree to conduct myself in a manner which best represents Altoona FrontCourt, my daughter, her team and the community.
5. I commit to making sure my daughter attends all practices and arrives in a timely manner, as set by the coach.
